General Terms and Conditions (AGBss)
Registration:
Any interested person can registrate for lessons by phone, mail or post. The application is binding and the general terms and conditions are applied.
Annulation:
It is possible to deregistrate under the following conditions:
- Written deregistration until 30 days before the classes start. There is due a handling fee of 30.- CHF.
- Written deregistration until 10 days before the classes start. 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- Any time after that there is no refunding of the course fees.
- The course fees are also due if sombody does not show up.
- The annulation fees are droped if you send a substiude person.
Payment:
All fees are to be paied to the following bank account or in cash at the first lesson.

Absence:
- If you miss a class, you can take any other class during the time of your paied course, but not a workshop.
- For missed classes there are no credits for new course fees.
- Workshops can not be replaced.
Time- Stop & Refunding:
- Courses can be interrupted for illness, accidents or pregnancy. Such time stops must be requested immediately in writing together with a medical attest.
- The course will be interupted only for the time of the medical attest.
- The fees of a workshop will be refunded with a medical attest.
Modifications:
Prices, schedule and teachers can be changed by Mandala Yoga at any time. There are no reimbursements.
The courses will only start, if there is a miminmum number of participants.
Private classses:
Appointments for private classes are binding. They are fully charged unless they are cancelled 24 hours in advance.
Workshops:
Registration for workshops are binding. A reimbursment can only be made if there is a medical attest sent to us.
